Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a treatment to enable you to let go of negative emotions. It can relieve emotional responses and eliminate physical symptoms. The results are usually long lasting with no side effects.
TFT relieves symptoms by tapping on certain points on the body, which correspond with acupuncture points. If there is a 'blockage' in the energy flow, this can create an imbalance which is addressed by a tapping sequence in the same way as acupuncture needles are used to 'unblock' energy flow. When the blockage is released the emotions come into balance. Although the memory that triggered the imbalance may remain, the negative emotion attached to it, is no longer there.
TFT is helpful for Fears & Phobias, Emotional Trauma (PTSD), Depression, Anger, Addictive Behaviours, Insomnia and more. 1-3 sessions is average, although some people may come along for more.
